Counseling
Our team of Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs) provide counseling services to both individualls and within a group setting. These therapists are trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques used to address issues such as depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and mood disorders. They also work on increasing skills such as self-advocacy, self-esteem, and social skills.

We provide counseling services to a wide variety of people, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and those with intellectual disabilities.

The frequency of services varies from one client to the next, depending on the needs of the individual. Some clients are seen on a weekly basis, others on a monthly basis.

“The person you encounter is often more than the person you see.”

Individual Sessions
Group Sessions
For individual counseling, therapists work one-on-one with clients to address and treat mental and emotional distress and work to promote positive mental health.

For group therapy, therapists work in a residential or day program setting, focusing on a variety of issues, such as social skills, self-advocacy, emotion recognition, and coping skills. Groups can range in numbers from 4 to 12. Group sessions typically occur weekly for approximately 60–90 minutes each session. Groups can last from 8 to 12 weeks.
